   Cancellation Policy

Rydges Perth's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rydges Perth will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

From the Perth domestic airport, turn left onto Great Eastern Highway and then right onto Albany Highway heading west. When approaching the roundabout entering into the city, take a left turn into Adelaide Terrace, heading west. This becomes St Georges Terrace. Make a right turn at William Street. Final right left into Hay Street and Rydges Perth is on the left hand side.

A taxi fare is approximately $25 from the domestic terminal and is a 20 minute journey, or an airport shuttle service operates at a fee of $15 one way and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes.

If arriving by car, the Rydges Perth is accessed via Hay Street.
Short-term parking and valet parking is available at the hotel entry.
Taxi service is available and airport shuttles can be arranged for travel from the airport to the Hotel.

   Car Parking

Rydges Perth Hotel offers a secure valet parking service at a daily fee of $38.00 per car per day for unlimited entries.
Guests arriving at the front of the hotel are requested to leave their keys with a porter.
The hotel accepts no responsibility for parking fines if the car is parked in the bus zone.
This bay incurs a fine of $100.

All the essential ingredients for a great holiday. Some of the country's best beaches, plenty of nightlife, bustling markets, inner city parks, outdoor dining and amazing marine adventures.

The following activities are available within the vicinity of the hotel; Museum of Western Australia, His Majesty's Theatre, the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Hay & Murray Street Shopping Mall and Kings Park.

Superb views of the city & surrounding areas can be seen from Kings Park. The park includes a 17 hectare (42 acre) Botanic Garden and abundant natural bushland. In spring, the park is well known for its famed wild flowers. The park also has some pleasant walking & cycling tracks, bicycle hire is also available.
