   Cancellation Policy

Gabba Central Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Gabba Central Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Gabba Central Apartments will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Gabba Central Apartments charges a credit card surcharge of 1.5% to all credit card payments).


   Location

A Taxi from the airport should cost between -35 to $40, depending on traffic conditions and take about 30 minutes.
If coming from the Airport via Kingsford Smith Drive, this will turn into Ann street, from Ann St turn left over the Story Bridge, stay in the middle lane and come down Main Street Kangaroo Point, after you cross over Vulture St turn right into Stanley St (get in the far left hand lane quickly) then turn first left into Gibbon St.
Q Resorts Gabba Central will be on your left, park your car in the street and pop into the Reception (located in the centre of the complex) identified by the large RECEPTION sign.
When you check-in you will be given directions to the property car park if required.

As you are arriving outside of our office hours you will need to collect your keys from our after-hours key safe located at Gabba Central Apartments reception.
You will be forwarded an email before arrival with the below instructions

1. Upon arrival park your vehicle in Gibbon st near the post office.
2. Walk between Australia Post and Gabbi Cafe towards our reception (Our reception is located next to the Woolloongabba Hotel).
3. Beside our front door you will see a black safe. To open this safe please enter THE CODE SUPPLIED IN EMAIL and turn the dial.
Inside will be an envelope with your surname on it and will contain your room key, parking voucher and welcome letter. Please ensure you lock the safe once you have taken your keys.
4. If you are wanting to enter your apartment first or do not have a vehicle the FOB attached to your key will open the door next to the safe deposit box.
5. The Secure parking is located under the building. The entrance is on Gibbon Street and is the same entrance to the Coles car park.
6. Once in the car park continue until to reach the secure gate.
7. At the gate you will need the FOB attached to your room key to enter the carpark.
8. Once inside look for any parking bay allocated to hotel guest (Yellow Sign)
9. If you are unable to find a yellow park please park in the Visitor Parking (Green Sign)
10. Once you parked your car, look for Lift 6 by following yellow pathway. Use FOB to access your floor.
11. Please see reception next day morning to sign the registration card.

   Car Parking

Secure undercover car parking is available at $10 per day

When arriving at the property, please park in Gibbon Street (off Stanley St), Reception is located in the centre of the Gabba Central complex,
Look for the big Reception sign, upon check-in you will be allocated a parking bay number and security access to the car park.

Brisbane's many attractions are within easy reach of Q Resorts Gabba Central Apartments:
Across from the property is the Brisbane Busway, the CDB is about a 10 minute bus trip, where you will find the Treasury Casino and Queen Street Mall with its great shopping, cinemas and the new David Jones Department Store.
Southbank parklands, QPAC - Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Queensland Museum, State Library, Brisbane Convention Centre, GOMA - Gallery of Modern Art and Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre are only about 5 minutes via the Busway. 12 minutes away is the Suncorp Stadium, home of the Brisbane Broncos Rugby League, the Queensland Red's Rugby Union and Queensland Roar Soccer teams as well as major concerts.
