A gymnasium is located in our accompanying apartments The Capitol Apartments. Access for use of this gym is at a charge of $10 per person per visit to the gym, to be paid at South Central Apartments Reception upon arrival during office hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Hours of operation for gymnasium are 6am to 9pm.




   Cancellation Policy

South Central Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, South Central Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Taxi from the airport should take about 40 minutes.
If driving from the Airport via Kingsford Smith Drive, take the Inner City By Pass all the way to Coronation Drive.
Turn left at Coronation Drive, then the first left up to the Grey St Bridge.
Turn right onto the Grey St Bridge and turn right at the lights into Peel St.
Then right into Merivale St.
South Central is on your left on the corner of Merivale and Peel Sts.
The entry to the carpark is from Merivale St.
Park your car in the street and go to the reception which is located on the corner of Merivale and Peel Sts to check in.

Please note our manned office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday and Friday only, Tuesday through to Thursday is managed through our central reservations team.

If you arrive over a weekend or anticipate arriving after office hours please advise us so instructions can be forwarded by email closer to your arrival date.

South Central Apartments enforces a strict NO-PARTY-POLICY. Any guest not following this rule will be asked to leave immediately, no exceptions.
