• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Tullamarine Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

* Driving Directions from the South (CBD) - From Elizabeth Street take the second exit onto Flemington Road. Continue along Mt Alexander Road. Take the exit onto Citylink. Continue along Tullamarine Freeway. Take the Melrose Drive exit. Continue along Melrose Drive and turn right at Trade Park Place.

* Driving Directions from the East (Frankston / Ringwood via Eastlink) - From Eastlink Ringwood, continue along the Eastern Freeway. Continue along Alexandra Parade. Continue along Princes Street onto Cemetery Road and Macarthur Road. Continue along Princes Highway. Turn right at Flemington Road. Continue along Mt Alexander Road. Take the exit onto Citylink. Continue along Tullamarine Freeway. Take the Melrose Drive exit. Continue along Melrose Drive. Turn right at Trade Park Place.
