Waldorf Tetra Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Waldorf Tetra Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Waldorf Tetra Hotel Apartments are located in the Central Business District of Auckland, close to some of Auckland's major commercial buildings, retail and restaurant outlets in Chancery Square, Vulcan Lane, High Street and Queen Street.

There is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY and no noise after 10.00pm. Both policies are strictly enforced. There is a maximum of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior management approval.

Limited parking is available at a nearby parking station. Costs are approx $20 per day or $80 per week. Please contact the property prior to arrival.
