Docklands Serviced Apartments has 2 locations in Docklands, NewQuay and Watergate. Both properties offer a range of 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom apartments. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, combined lounge/dining, colour television, DVD or VCR, Foxtel (10 channels) (Foxtel New Quay only) stereo, DD telephone, Air conditioning, private balcony & car parking (Fee of $12 per night) and access to an outdoor heated lap pool and gymnasium

A VALID CREDIT CARD (NOT DEBIT CARD) AND PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN. A PRE-AUTHORISATION TRANSACTION WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE CREDIT CARD IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $500 AND WILL BE HELD AS A BOND. THE AUTHORISED SIGNATORY FOR THE CREDIT CARD MUST BE A REGISTERED GUEST AND BE PRESENT AT CHECK IN. GUESTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO MEET THE CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO OUR APARTMENTS.

Docklands Apartments Grand Mercure's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Docklands Apartments Grand Mercure will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Car parking is charged at $12.00 per night and 1 allocated car space per apartment booked. Additional Car parks are available in the public car park on Docklands Drive ($15.00 per night).
