Whiterock Leisure Park's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Whiterock Leisure Park will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

FROM THE NORTH OR AIRPORT BY CAR:
If you are coming into Cairns from the North, follow the road signs to Innisfail or Townsville and you will pass through Cairns heading South. Whiterock Leisure Park is located just out of town approx 8km on the left off the Bruce Highway.
To find us, make sure you are in the left hand lane as you head South. Turn left at the Anderson Road Lights intersection.

Whiterock Lesiure Park is about 200 meters up on the right hand side of Skull Road just past the roundabout.


FROM THE SOUTH BY CAR:

If you are coming from the South, Whiterock Lesiure Park is easy to find. As you near Cairns you will pass through the outlying suburbs of Edmonton, Bentley Park and Forest Gardens.
Forest Gardens puts you approximately 1km south of the Leisure Park. Keep travelling along the main Bruce Highway.
Ensure you keep to the right lane.
Our large yellow sign on the right is at the beginning of our 300 meter highway frontage.
Turn right at the lights into Anderson Road.
The entrance is about 200 metres up on the right on Skull Road, just past the roundabout.

By Taxi - please just tell the driver - we have been in Cairns over 40 years and are well known!

By Bus and Train. We suggest you take a taxi to the Leisure Park. It will take approximately 10 minutes from town to get to us and cost around $18.00

From the airport - please take a taxi. It will take approximately 20 to 25 minutes from the airport and cost around $38.00

Reception is open daily from 7.00am - 6.00pm. Guests arriving outside of these hours need to arrange a late check in.
