Edgewater Palms Apartments's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Edgewater Palms Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Self drive is 3 - 3.5 hours north of Auckland.

A shuttle van is available for arrivals and departures at Kerikeri Airport by arrangement only.
