Cancellation Policy

Parkview Hotel Sydney's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Parkview Hotel Sydney will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Location

By bus to Broadway Shopping Center or Victoria Park or Sydney University. We are next to Broadway Shopping Center and Opposite to Victoria Park and Sydney University; Or

by train to Central Station and then walk to the hotel facing Sydney University direction;

If you drive from City Road or Parramatta, turn into Bay Street and immediately turn left into Grose Street. The entry of car park is located on your left side and opposite the loading dock of Coles.

Around 30 Min. Drive from Airport and around A$40 by Taxi from Airport.

Check-In time is 2pm. Early Check-in is NOT guaranteed. The guest must produce the valid Credit Card and photo ID at check in that maches the name on this booking.

Cancellation is 48hr before check in date, otherwise full amount for the booking will be charged.

Nearby Attractions

The hotel is located on one of the most busy Sydney streets - "Broadway". Opposites the beautiful Victoria Park.

We are next to Broadway Shopping Center which is modern and completed. Harris Farm, Coles, K Mart, Target, Pharmacy, and many modern fashion shops & Hoyts cinema are all inside the shopping Center.

The famous Glebe Point Road is beside the Hotel. There are many yumy Thai food, Spanish food, Mexicon food, Chinese food and styled Cafe are located inside Glebe Point Road.

At the Hotel front desk, you can ask the friendly receptionist to make a booking for your daily Sydney tour such as famous daily Blue Moutain tour, Hunter Valley Wine tour or Port Stephens Dolphin Watching tour.
