• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Victoria Hotel Suites will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Driving directions from HVL International Airport: Exit airport and proceed to Hwy 3 N to Hamilton CBD (approximately 10 km). At dead end, turn left and proceed through two roundabouts. Turn left onto Collingwood (third roundabout). Proceed through one light and the roundabout and left into alley into the parking garage.
Hamilton International Airport (HVL): Approximate driving time is 15 minutes and distance is 12 km (8 miles).
