Chevron Towers Private Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Chevron Towers Private Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. A non-refundable deposit of $200 per room shall be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking. If your total reservation amount is less than $200, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking terms and conditionss. Please note this can take up to 72 hrs for the deposit to be processed. Full payment will be processed 14 days prior to arrival against the card given at the time of booking. If payment can not be taken then the property will attempt to contact you, if they can not contact you, your reservation may be cancelled. Outside of 14 days prior to arrival- $200 deposit Within 14 days and outside of 72 house- 50% cancellation fee Inside 72 hours prior to arrival- no refund On check in a $200 pre auth or $200 cash is required to cover any miscellaneous charges during your stay

Brisbane Airport - 80km North
From Brisbane Airport - Follow Airport drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway.
Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway.
Follow the signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit.
Follow the signs to Surfers Paradise.
The Gold Coast Highway will become Ferny Ave. Cross the intersection of Ferny Ave and Elkorn Ave.
Turn left into the driveway and follow the signs to reception.

Coolangatta Airport - 30km
From Coolangatta Airport - Turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise.
Turn right from the Gold Coast highway into Clifford Street, left into Surfers Paradise Boulevard, left into Elkorn Avenue, left into Ferny Avenue and left into the driveway and follow the signs to reception.  Google Map

Guest checking in after these time need to go to main reception, pick up the phone and dial after hours service. The hotel will then inform the guest how to pick up the keys and check in.
If checking in under the age of 18 yrs, a parent/guardian credit card imprint will be required along with parent/guardian drivers licence and contact details will be required.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per room shall be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.
