Facilites and services include limited security car parking, subject to availability, breakfast packs with all the ingredients for you to prepare breakfast in your own apartment, pantry shopping service, tour desk , car rental facilities, lift/elevator, complimentary newspapers, safe deposit box at the front desk, post/parcel service, valet dry cleaning / laundry service and 24-hr security. Corporate clients are also well catered for at the at the Quest Fairfax. Every apartment provides guests with wireless internet access and dedicated telephone lines for fax/modem access, as well as the opportunity to utilise the Quest secretarial service to add that finishing touch to any business request.    Cancellation Policy

Quest Fairfax House's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Quest Fairfax House will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Right in the heart of Melbourne, Quest Fairfax House is located at 392 Little Collins Street, between Queen and Elizabeth Streets. The property is within easy walking distance of the city's business precincts, shopping and entertainment areas, and all of Melbourne's most popular attractions.
Public transport is only moments away, with trams and trains within easy walking distance.
Half hour drive from Melbourne airport, take the highway directly to the city, coming down Elizabeth Street, cross over Bourke Street and turn right onto Little Collins.
The Skybus from Tullamarine Airport to Southern Cross Station on Spencer Street is the most economical way to travel from the Airport. It is approximately a 30 minute trip, which is $17 one way/$28 return. If being picked up/dropped off by the Skybus Hotel Shuttle during 8am - 7pm, allow an additional 30 minutes to your journey. The VHA Airport Shuttle is a direct service from Tullamarine to Quest Fairfax House and is $16 one way.  Google Map

For security reasons the Quest Fairfax require a Photo ID upon check in and take credit card details and a pre-authorisation per room as a guarantee against the room and must be in the same name as the booking. Quest Fairfax reserves the right to deny check in without valid credit card to guarantee. Please be aware that all credit cards transactions attract a 1.5% surcharge. NO CASH BONDS.

On-site, strictly limited car parking at an additional charge of $30 per night (subject to availability). Must be booked and confirmed by calling the number on your Booking Confirmation, giving as much notice as possible, otherwise it is not guaranteed to be available.
