City Edge on Elizabeth Apartment Hotel's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, City Edge on Elizabeth Apartment Hotel will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Drive or walk - 2 blocks from Queen Victoria Market to the corner of Elizabeth and A'Beckett Streets between Franklin and La Trobe Streets. Main intersecting roads are Victoria, La Trobe, Flinders, Bourke and Collins Streets.
Melbourne Airport - Jetbus - Airport Shuttle provide a drop off and pick up service to City Edge on Elizabeth. Skybus and Sunbus shuttles are also available.
Jetstar shuttle from Avalon airport to Southern Cross Station with a pick up/drop off service to City Edge on Elizabeth.
Trams stop at City Edge on Elizabeth.
Metropolitan Trains are 200 metres away at Melbourne Central Station. Metro Trains connect at Southern Cross Station for interstate and regional services.
