Kingsgate Hotel's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Kingsgate Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Located toward the western end of the Melbourne CBD between Little Collins and Bourke Streets on King Street, the Kingsgate is easily accessible and an ideal location, whatever the reason for your stay. Much of what Melbourne has to offer is within easy walking distance of the hotel or a short trip by tram or train.

Kingsgate / Crown Entertainment Car Parking:
Please print a copy of the location map and follow the directional line from the hotel down to the Crown Entertainment car parking facility. This parking is accessible 24 hours, is underground secure parking and approximately a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The parking prices are per entry and rates vary depending on time of day you require parking.
