Brisbane Street Studios's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Brisbane Street Studios will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. The hotel will take the full payment 48hrs prior to arrival

By car:
Turning off Ipswich road from the Brisbane City, turn right into Cornwall St. Take the next Street on your left, Ayr St.
Then left onto Brisbane St.
Brisbane Street Studios are at number 70, at the end on the left.
From South:
Turn left off Ipswich Road onto Brisbane Street.
The Brisbane Street Studios are opposite WOW Sight and Sound on the corner of Ipswich Road and Brisbane Street.
By Train: Getting off at Dutton Park Railway Station, walk down Cornwall St until Ayr St, where you turn right.
Then left at Brisbane Street.
Brisbane Street Studios are at the end on the left.
By Bus: There is a bus stop just in front of the Brisbane Street Studios on Ipswich Road.  Google Map

Hotel can provide council parking permits to allow free unlimited parking on the street. These can be collected at the reception.
There is a fully refundable $40 deposit required on parking permits. This will be refunded when permit is returned.
