   Cancellation Policy

Lorne Chalet Short Stays's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Lorne Chalet Short Stays will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Drive to Geelong and continue along the Surfcoat highway along the magnificent Great Ocean Road until you reach Lorne.
As you arrive in Lorne you will see the BP Petrol Station on the Corner of Mountjoy Parade.
Turn right at BP, then the first right into Smith Street.
You can't miss the boutique Lorne Chalet a large white building!  Google Map

Key collection is onsite via the Resident Manager.
Upon arriving at the Lorne Chalet please contact Louise Heywood by pressing 2 then 7 and then the picture of the key, located by the front door at the Smith Street entrance.
If there is no answer, you can contact Louise on the phone number that will be provided on your Booking Confirmation as she won't be far away.
