Royal Albert Hotel's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Royal Albert Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

From the airport, take a taxi - approximately $45.00.
From the Transit Centre, a coach can deliver you to the hotel, or, if arriving by train, take a taxi - approximately $6.00.

Secure valet car parking is provided at a nominal cost of $22 per night, subject to availability.
Next to the hotel in Albert Street you will see a green gate at the entry to the driveway.
Drive through to the end after the gate opens and enter reception via the side door.
Note: The Royal Albert Brisbane Apartment Hotel is only able to accommodate vehicles under two (2) tonne and have height and length restrictions.
Alternative parking for heavier vehicles is available at the Myer Centre.
