  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Moroccan GCHR will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Apartment 269, situated on the 16th floor of the View Tower, is an affordable Surfers Paradise holiday accommodation option with breathtaking views of Surfers Paradise, the lively Esplanade area and the amazing Gold Coast beach. It features free WiFi, free parking and spectacular ocean views

This spacious 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of three to four. Apartment 269 features a full-sized kitchen, laundry and a separate dining and living room. The two bedrooms sleep 4 guests; however, it can sleep as many as 5 guests with the request of a roll-away bed upon booking the apartment. A small surcharge applies for additional guests.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed. The master bedroom has a spacious robe and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has its own ensuite.

This apartment has ducted air-conditioning. Full laundry facilities are also provided in the apartment.

The dining area seats six around the table and there are additional tables and chairs on the balcony for those informal occasions. The spacious kitchen has all you need to prepare meals at any time of the day or night ranging from a simple snack to a gourmet dinner.
