Chelsea Apartments's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Chelsea Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

From the airport it will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the apartments by car or taxi. The airport is located on Sir Donald Bradman Drive. Head towards the City along Sir Donald Bradman Drive, turn right onto West Terrace and the left onto Wright Street; this street merges into Carrington Street. The Windsor apartment complex is located on the left hand side just after the Pulteney Street intersection. After checking in at the Windsor Apartments the Chelsea complex is located a short distance away just across Hurtle Square, on the corner of Pulteney and Gilles Streets.
