Every apartment is equipped with high speed internet access, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, TV/DVD with Foxtel, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and iron/ironing board.

Property features include: Resident Managers, Meeting Room, Il Cubico Cafe, Car Parking with lift access (fees apply and must be prebooked), daily housekeeping service and a guest laundry located on each floor.

Cancellation Policy

Punt Hill Flinders Lane's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Punt Hill Flinders Lane will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night’s stay will be charged by the Punt Hill Flinders Lane 48 hours prior to the day of arrival. The outstanding balance will be charged by the Punt Hill Flinders Lane on the day of arrival.

Location

Located between Swanston & Elizabeth Sts. Flinders Lane is one way east to west. If you are aware of an approximate time of arrival, could you please indicate at time upon making a booking.

Cost: $30.00 [non refundable] per 24 hour with unlimited exits in that 24 hour period. No onsite parking available.
