• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra Sun City will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra Sun City will charge your credit card the remainder of the total amount 7 days before arrival (please note – The Mantra Sun City charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

Mantra Sun City is located on the corner of Ocean Avenue and the Gold Coast Highway, at the northern end of Surfers Paradise.
Access from south via Surfers Paradise Blvd or The Esplanade only.
