Docklands is a vibrant new Melbourne precinct, home to great entertainment, restaurants, cafes and shopping experiences including Harbour Town, South Wharf DFO and Spencer Street Fashion Station.

The apartments are within walking distance to the CBD, Etihad Stadium (200 metres), Southern Cross Station (500 metres), Crown Casino and Melbourne Convention Centre (900 metres). The Free Tram Zone stop is right outside your door. Melbourne Airport is located 19 km away.

   Cancellation Policy

Docklands Executive Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Docklands Executive Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Docklands Executive Apartments will charge your credit card the cost of one night accommodation per room booked as deposit.


   Location

Situated between Collins and Bourke Streets Docklands.

From Melbourne Airport it is about a 25 minute taxi ride for a cost of about $55 one way.

The Starbus Airport Shuttle or Jetbus Shuttle will transfer you direct from Melbourne Airport to the apartment complex. Cost $18 per person one way or $30 for a prepaid return ticket per person.

The Skybus takes you from Melbourne Airport to Southern Cross Station, runs 24 hours a day and then it is about a 15 minute walk to the apartment complex.  Google Map

1) Please confirm your arrival time prior to arrival. Your host will meet you outside Watergate Apartments, 8 Waterview Walk Docklands (There are no Docklands Executive Apartment signs as our residences are in a residential building.)

2) To save you time at check-in please email - the names of each guest and their contact numbers and your address (if not already provided). This is a condition of entry for your personal security and safety.

3) PLEASE UNDERSTAND our government health and safety requirements limit the number of guests to 4 people – example - 2 adults 2 children or 4 adults. Guests who are unable to meet these requirements for example, 4 adults and 2 children cannot be granted access to the apartments.

4) All guests are required to present a photo ID – passport or driver's license upon check-in. The authorised signatory for the credit card must be a registered guest and be present at check-in with a valid credit card (not debit card).

5) CHECK-IN TIME - Normal Check-In time is 2pm. If you arrive early, we can look after your luggage while the apartment is being prepared. There are no facilities at the building. If you need to be in the apartment early, you will need to book the apartment for the night before your arrival.

KEY POINTS FROM OUR 'TERMS group gathering, function or get-together is strictly prohibited. We are not a facility for meetings or any form of group gathering. Guests who breach this “house rule” provide us with absolutely no other option but to cancel their stay.

3) All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult such as a parent or step-parent who must be able to provide a photo ID/passport/driver's licence. If a guest is found to be a person under the age of 18 and is not accompanied by a parent or step-parent, the booking will be cancelled and the full booking will be forfeited.

4) All apartments are non-smoking but you can use the balcony as long as you keep the balcony door closed.

5) You have complete privacy. There is no daily servicing unless it is pre-paid at an extra $80 per day. If you stay longer than 7 days then included, is a mid term clean. Additional charges will be deducted from the pre-authorised amount if the kitchen is not left clean state and if all rubbish has not been removed.
