   Cancellation Policy

Carlton Apartments Residence's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Carlton Apartments Residence will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

The Carlton Apartments Residence is located on 77 Bouverie Street, between Victoria Street & Queensberry Street, about 5 mins walk to Melbourne CBD. The closest train station is Melbourne Central. Taxi from the airport to Carlton Residence will cost approximately $60. Alternatively, you can take the Skybus from Melbourne Airport to Melbourne city terminal at Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street). You can then take the SkyBus Hotel Transfer service, which takes you direct to our doorstep (No booking is required). The SkyBus Hotel Service operating hours (Mon to Fri: 6am - 9:30pm, Sat, Sun & Pub Hols: 7:30am - 5:30pm). By car - 26km from Tullamarine Airport - Travel along the Tullamarine Freeway turn left onto Flemington Road. Turn left at Grattan Street, right at Bouverie Street. The Carlton Apartments Residence is situated on your right. From the CBD - 1.5 Kilometers North Travel along Swanston Street turn left onto Queensberry Street and turn left on Bouverie Street. The Carlton Apartments Residence is located on your right.  Google Map

Reception Hours: 8.00am - 8.00pm. IMPORTANT : For guest arriving outside the reception hours, self check-in key safe is available. Prior arrangement with hotel is ESSENTIAL, security code is required to access key safe. Please note a VALID PHOTO ID & $50.00 KEY/SECURITY PRE-AUTHORISATION is required on check in. Balance of accommodation is payable on check in. (SURCHARGE applies for all Credit Card transactions.)
