   Cancellation Policy

Portobello By The Sea's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Portobello By The Sea will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

1 hours drive north of Brisbane.
From the Bruce Highway take the Caloundra exit.
Travel approximately 8 kms along Caloundra Road until you reach the fourth roundabout.
Turn left into Nicklin Way.
At the first set of traffic lights on Nicklin Way turn right into Beerburrum Street.
Follow Beerburrum Street down, turning right just before the shops at Henzell Street.
Take the first left into Rooke Street.
The entrance to Portobello By The Sea is at the end of Rooke Street on the left.
