Charlestown Executive Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Charlestown Executive Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

The Charlestown Executive Apartments are located at 45-47 Dickinson Street Charlestown.
From Newcastle CBD:
1. Head west on Scott Street towards Wolfe Street
2. Continue onto Hunter Street
3. Turn left at Pacific Highway
4. Turn left at Smith Street, Charlestown
5. Take third left to Smart Street
6. Take first right to Dickinson Street
7. The Charlestown Executive Apartments are located 100 metres along Dickinson Street on the right hand side of the road.

Approaching from South on Pacific Highway
1. Heading North after the Suburb of Gateshead, turn right at major intersection into Dudley Road.
Note - There are No Right Turn signs hereafter when passing through Charlestown CBD so it is essential not to miss this turn
2. Once in Dudley Road, take first left into James Street
3. Take first left into Smith Street
4. Take third right into Smart Street
5. Take first right into Dickinson Street
6. The Charlestown Executive Apartments are located 100 metres along Dickinson Street on the right hand side of the road.

Approaching from West on Charlestown Road
1. When approaching the Pacific Highway 'T' intersection at the end of Charlestown Road, be prepared to follow Charlestown Road as it veers to the right before it intersects with the Pacific Highway, otherwise , if continuing straight ahead, Charlestown Road joins the Pacific Highway heading north and there is no immediate way back
2. When entering the Pacific Highway intersection move quickly into the left lane and be prepared to turn left in a short time
3. Take first left into Ridley Street
4. Take first right into Smith Street (ignore the lane off to the right in Ridley Street
5. Take first left into Smart Street
6. Take first right into Dickinson Street
7. The Charlestown Executive Apartments are located 100 metres along Dickinson Street on the right hand side of the road.  Google Map
