UWS Village's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, UWS Village will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. In addition, UWS Village will charge your credit card the cost of one night accommodation per room booked as deposit.

A five minute bus ride will take you into the Parramatta CBD and a 40 minute bus ride will take you into the heart of Sydney City.

Parramatta CBD is also home to the free City Council bus, The Loop.
