Cancellation Policy

Rayland Motel's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Rayland Motel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. In addition, Rayland Motel will charge your credit card the cost of one night accommodation per room booked as deposit.

From Auckland Airport follow State Highway 20B until it connects with State Highway 20.
Turn right onto State Highway 20 and follow this until you see Wiri Station Road where you turn left.
Follow Wiri Station Road until the junction of Great South Road.
Turn right into Great South Road and first left into Lakewood Court (Next to Shell Service Station).

From the North turn right off State Highway 1 onto Redoubt Road and follow this until junction of Great South Road (approx 50m).
