Mantra in the Village's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Mantra in the Village will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Mantra in the Village will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Mantra in the Village charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

By Car: Follow the main road into Port Douglas.
At the end turn left onto Macrossan Street and then take the second left into Grant St.
You will see the entrance to Reception about 50 meters along on your right. By Shuttle: Regular shuttle bus services operate from Cairns International Airport (1 hour) and are $30 per person each way (price subject to change without notice). Please call the number on your Booking Confirmation if you require transfers. Shuttle services are also available from other locations, please call for prices and schedules.
By Private Transfer: Transfers by private car, limousine and even helicopter can be arranged. Please call the number on your Booking Confirmation if required.

If arriving after hours please pick up the black phone outside reception upon arrival and the after hours service will arrive to check you in.

All clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
