Aluxstay Apartments Bell City's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Aluxstay Apartments Bell City will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Exit onto the Tullamarine Freeway from the airport heading towards the city. Take the Bell Street exit on the Tullamarine Freeway and drive approximately 10 minutes along Bell Street.
Aluxstay Apartments Bell City is located on the corner of Hotham and Bell Streets on the right hand side of the road.

All accommodation charges must be paid upon check-in at reception by cash or credit card (1.5% - 3.5% surcharge applies for credit card transactions).
A $100 security deposit or pre-authorisation on your card is required for each night of your stay.
Photo ID is also required upon check-in.

Onsite car parking with over 400 car parking spaces (fees apply) both outdoor parking on-site and under-ground parking.
