   Cancellation Policy

Essence Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Essence Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies for payments with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please note that a 3.2% surcharge applies for payments with American Express credit card. Please note that a 3.6% surcharge applies for payments with Diners Club credit card.


   Location

The Essence Apartments Brisbane is located just 7km from the Brisbane Airports (International and Domestic) and only 10 minutes to the Brisbane CBD.
Handy public transport options make getting to and from Essence Apartments a piece of cake.
When coming from the Sunshine coast, use the Bruce Highway and continue on along Gympie Road.
Turn right into Rode Road, approximately 1km after Chermside Shopping Centre.
Travel along Rode Road for approximately 1km.
The Essence Apartments are located on your right, immediately before the Holy Spirit and Prince Charles hospital grounds.
Access to the driveway is located on Hilltop Ave.
When travelling from the Brisbane CBD, use Gympie Road.
Gympie Road originates from the city as Bowen Bridge Road, it travels past the Royal Brisbane Hospital and turns into Lutwyche Road. It continues on and turns into Gympie Road.
6kms from The Royal Brisbane Hospital, turn left into Rode Road and drive past the Bowls Club on your left. The Essence Apartments are on your right immediately before the Holy Spirit and Prince Charles Hospital grounds.
Turn right into Hilltop Ave for driveway access to the car park.
