   Cancellation Policy

FV4006 Apartments Brisbane's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, FV4006 Apartments Brisbane will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

By Taxi: ask the driver to take you to 2 Berwick St, Fortitude Valley, located on the corner of Brunswick and Berwick Streets. The entrance is from Berwick Street.
By Train: take the train to Fortitude Valley Station, exit train station via Brunswick Street exit and turn left. Walk through the Brunswick Street mall, cross over Ann Street, continue up Brunswick Street two blocks. The 2nd set of traffic lights is Berwick Street. Turn left, walk down to the entrance.

If arriving after hours please call the number on your Booking Confirmation for arrangements.
Keys will not be left for late arrivals who have not provided a credit card number to guarantee against incidental charges.
Same-day bookings can only be accepted until 4:00PM Monday to Friday and until 10:00AM on weekends.
All week end bookings (i.e. Fri, Sat, Sun) MUST call the number on your Booking Confirmation to be notified of week end policy. A credit card pre-authorisation for bond is also required for all week end bookings.
Guests must present a valid credit card upon arrival. Guests may also be asked to provide a copy of photo identification. Both credit card details and photo ID will be kept for our records.
Credit card fees apply: visa & Mastercard - 2.5% & AMEX 4%.
