• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 14 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Breakfree the Point will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Breakfree the Point will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking (please note – The Breakfree the Point charges a credit card surcharge of 2.0% to all credit card payments).

A pleasant stroll along the lakefront walking track, which runs adjacent to the resort, will take you to the Queenstown town centre in 20 minutes.
Queenstown itself is a vibrant, breathtakingly beautiful town hidden in the rugged heart of New Zealands South Island - one of the focal points of New Zealand tourism. Towering granite peaks dominate the landscape, dwarfing the township that stretches along the deep blue waters of Lake Wakatipu, which provides a stunning, panoramic outlook for the bars and restaurants that cluster along its foreshore.
In addition to the Remarkables soar the Richardson Mountains, the Crown Range, the Thomson Mountains, the Livingstone Mountains and the Humboldt Mountains, all creating an awe inspiring alpine landscape.
