Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 21 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

The Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments are located in the beautiful city of Brisbane, capital of Queensland, on the east coast of Australia - conveniently situated 2 kilometres south of the Brisbane CBD.
SKYTRANS provides a convenient shuttle bus service directly from Brisbane Airport to the Kangaroo Point Holiday Apartments - approx. $11 per person. Taxi from airport approx $30.
Taxi from city approx $10.
Taxi from Roma Street Transit Centre approx $10.
