Opened December 2012, The Brisbane Midtown Apartments offers 28 floors of modern self catering serviced apartments in the very centre of Brisbane city. The Midtown Brisbane Apartment Hotel on Charlotte Street is located s right next to the bustle of Queen Street, 200 metres from High Street Shops and 500 metres from Eagle Street Pier. Just south of Fortitude Valley, Chinatown, and convenient to South Bank and West End, iIt is a 7 minute drive from Gallery of Modern Art and a 10 minute drive from Suncorp Stadium.

With only six rooms per floor, the apartment hotel was built new from the ground up. If you're looking for a fresh Brisbane Apartment hotel, this is the place. The apartment rooms are well-designed, clean, comfortable and non smoking. Think practical and convenient, rather than overblown and fussy.

We also have arrangements with the nearby Good Life Gym on Edward Street or a Bootcamp operator in the Botanic Gardens for anyone wanting a more extensive workout.

The hotel offers parking for travellers arriving by car. Self parking rates are $25 per day. Considering public car parks in the area can cost between $60 - $90 a night, this is a great price.

The Brisbane International and Domestic Airports are located about 20 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, approximately $55.00 by Taxi or $16.00 per person by Air-train.

Driving and coming from South - Take the Elizabeth Street exit, after 3 blocks turn right into Edward Street, turn right again into Charlotte Street and we are on the left hand side just past the Energex building.

Driving and coming from North - Staying on Ann Street; turn left into Edward Street, after 4 blocks turn right into Charlotte Street and we are on the left hand side just past the Energex building.

For the ultimate Airport to Midtown Apartments experience the hotel can arrange private limousine transfer for you from Brisbane Airport direct to the property for up to four people. If required please call the number on your Booking Confirmation  Google Map

Please park in Charlotte Street outside the building and attend reception where you will be given access to the secure car park upon completion of the check in procedure. Cost - $25.00 per car per night. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance by calling the number on your Booking Confirmation.
The on-site secure car park has direct lift access to the hotel lobby and all accommodation floors.
Please note that secure car parking is available for cars under 2.3 meters in height. The Midtown Apartments are unable to accommodate any vehicles over 2.3 meters due to height restrictions of the car park.
