The Great Southern Hotel Melbourne is a 3.5 star hotel featuring Budget Courtyard (unrefurbished) rooms (3*), Modern style Classic Courtyard rooms and Superior Deluxe rooms (3.5*).

This stylish Melbourne City hotel is located only a short walk from the Southern Cross Station, Interstate Bus and Train Terminals and a short drive from Melbourne Airport.
The Great Southern Hotel comprises three separate sections-: one is dedicated to the business client featuring Deluxe rooms (3.5 star level); whilst the other rooms are tailored towards the conscientious traveller offering Budget-style rooms and Modern Classic style rooms (opened July 2009) which overlook a spacious courtyard - a virtual oasis in Melbourne's CBD (3 star level). All of this and the attentive, friendly service for which Melbourne's Great Southern Hotel is famous for!

Restaurant 1903 open for breakfast - hot buffet breakfast is available at a cost of $20 per person (served between 6:30am to 10:00am).

***Currently there are light refurbishments in the courtyard section, some power tools and machinery will be in use between 10am and 4pm***

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Great Southern Hotel Melbourne formerly Hotel Enterprize will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.
