PA Apartments offer superior one and two bedroom apartments which all include, luxurious bedding, full kitchen and laundry facilities, bathroom with luxury amenities, LCD TV with FOXTEL, work desk, air-conditioning, Ipod docks, ceiling fans and a spacious furnished balcony or courtyard. We also offer disabled facilities. Our guest facilities include pool, lift and onsite undercover parking.

The location is close to transport, shops and local facilities such as ‘The Gabba';, Southbank, University of Queensland and four local Hospitals. We are 5 mins drive into the city, or 7 minutes to Royal Brisbane Hospital via the Clem 7 Tunnel.

Cancellation Policy

PA Apartments's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, PA Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Access from South - via Gold Coast Highway, exit at Juliette Street/Cornwall Street exit

Access from City/North - via Clem 7 tunnel from north OR - via M1, Captain Cook Bridge, exit Cornwall St / Juliette St OR - via Story Bridge, Ipswich Road from Fortitude Valley area

Access from Airport - Airport train to city then switch to Dutton Park or Buranda Stations or taxi - 40 minute trip ($60 or more)

Access from City TRAIN SERVICE from Central or Roma Street to Dutton Park or Buranda Stations

BUS Service - Just 5 minutes walk from Wolseley St to P.A.Hospital bus Exchange, with regular half hour services to the city via the Gabba and stopping at the Mater Hospital with a connecting service to Royal Brisbane Hospital via the Brisbane Cultural centre. Bus may also be accessed at the corner of Cornwall St and Ipswich Rd and from the Buranda Bus Exchange

Access from University of Queensland -via Eleanor Schonell Bridge (aka ‘Green'; Bridge) via bus, bike or walking.
