Perfect for both holiday-makers and corporate clientele visiting Adelaide, the Esplanade Holiday Apartments are literally located on the beach, just 15 minutes to the Adelaide CBD, 5 minutes to Glenelg, and 5 minutes to the Adelaide Airport. Regularly serviced by buses which travel from the Adelaide city and Glenelg, this Adelaide apartments accommodation is situated adjacent to a children's playgrounds and the Henley Sailing Club with very easy access to Adelaide CBD.

Esplanade Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Esplanade Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

A regular bus service operates between West Beach & City and West Beach & Glenelg.
Buses run approximately every half hour and can be taken from Burbridge Road and Military Road.

Meet and greet service to check in. Make sure you state clearly your phone number and arrival date.
The Esplanade Holiday Apartments will contact you on the day to arrange key drop off.
Guests can check in as late as 12 midnight.
Balance of accommodation is payable on arrival. Please pay cash. We accept credit cards but you will need to cover the bank surcharge of 4%.

1. South along the beach shore to Glenelg
2. North along Seaview Road and Esplanade to Henley Jetty or Grange.
3. An excellent walk or cycle is along the linear park - which starts from the footbridge 2 minutes north along Seaview Road.
