Please note that there is a strict 'zero tolerance' and 'no party' policy. Noise from any source within the common areas of the building or the apartments or balconies must be kept to a reasonable level and must not disturb other guests or residents. Any infringement of these rules may result in immediate eviction from the property without re-imbursement of monies paid. Any additional charges as the result of security being required to attend, additional cleaning of the apartment, replacement or repairs of any furniture/fixture/fittings, will be charged to the registered guest, even in the event of the offending party being a visitor of the registered guest.

Sebel Melbourne Docklands's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Sebel Melbourne Docklands will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

The Sebel Melbourne Docklands is located at 18 Aquitania Way, Docklands.
Easily accessible by taking the Docklands Drive Footscray Road Street exit from the Tullamarine Freeway, (20 minutes from the airport).
Southern Cross Station is a ten minute walk from Docklands.

Taxi:
Approximately $55.00 - $75.00 depending on traffic and time of day.
SkyBus :
Offers an express bus service from the airport to the city centre.
This service operates 24/7, including all public holidays.
Buses run from every 10 minutes throughout the day.

Tickets can be purchased on arrival at the bus stop or purchased online.
On arrival at Southern Cross Station in the city, SkyBus provides a complimentary hotel transfer service, subject to availability.
