• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Long Island Resort Whitsundays will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Access Via Hamilton Island with Qantas through fare transfer when ticket “HAP‿ (transfers extra). Via Shute Harbour, Transfers for adults are additonal unless stated they are included in the package. Make reservation with Long Island Resort Whitsundays and we book this all for you. Shute Harbour is just outside Airlie Beach. Last boat over to the Island is 5.15pm only a 20 minute journey.

Not Applicable for the island, however there is plenty of FREE car parking at Shute harbour where you catch the water taxi to Long Island.
