The Como Melbourne's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, The Como Melbourne will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

From the CBD, travel along St Kilda Road approximately 2 kms, turn left into Toorak Road travel along approx 2 kms, turn left Chapel Street, about 300 metres down Chapel St you will pass a car park you will then have to turn right into The Como.

From Melbourne Airport, Exit the Tullamarine Airport and drive onto the Tullamarine Fwy. Continue until you cross the Bolte bridge (2 large pylons). You will then need to turn left onto the Westgate Fwy. When you approach Burnley tunnel there is a small side lane on the left leading into the city, Power St, take this road. At the second set of lights take a right onto City Rd. Continuing on this leads under the Arts Centre and St Kilda Rd bridge and becomes Alexandra Ave. Following the Yarra River (on your left), continue along Alexandra Ave. When you reach the Chapel St & Alexandra Ave Intersection take a right. About 300 metres down Chapel St you will pass a car park you will then have to turn left into The Como.
