The Astor offers spacious 1 & 2 bedroom self contained, individually air conditioned apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cook top, oven and microwave; while the seperate laundry is equipped with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All master bedrooms feature a queen size bed and private ensuite bathroom. Private balconies open from the living/dining room area offering city views.    Cancellation Policy

Astor Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 2 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Astor Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

Centrally located near Central Rail Station, and 5 minutes walk to Queen Street Mall and Riverside. Close to medical precinct including Cosmetic Surgery Advisory Center, Laser Sight Center and Montserrat Clinic.

FROM DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS
. From both airport terminals follow signs to City.
. From the motorway/freeway you will follow a City sign exit left that will get you onto Kingsford Smith Drive (UBD map141).
. Proceed along Kingsford Smith Drive continuing with the Brisbane river immediately on your left (UBD map140). At Newstead veer left onto Breakfast Creek Road which becomes Ann Street (its one way - you are now in the city).
. Continue along Ann Street through a five-way intersection moving to the right hand lane (UBD map160). Turn right into Wharf Street and left into Astor Terrace. Astor Apartments is 300 metres on the left (UBD map 159).

FROM THE NORTH (Sunshine Coast, Nambour, Gympie, Maryborough etc.)
. Follow the motorway all the way past the Brisbane Airport and take the City Exit on your left. This will go onto Kingsford Smith Drive (UBD map 141).
. Proceed along Kingsford Smith Drive continuing with the Brisbane river immediately on your left (UBD map 140). At Breakfast Creek veer left onto Breakfast Creek Road which then becomes Ann Street (its one way - you are now in the city).
. Continue along Ann Street through a five-way intersection moving to the right hand lane (UBD map 160). Turn right into Wharf Street and left into Astor Terrace. Astor Apartments is 300 metres on the left (UBD map 159).

FROM THE WEST (Toowoomba, Ipswich)
. Follow along Ipswich Motorway (UBD map 199), through the suburb Annerley (UBD map 179), pass through the traffic lights of the intersection with Juliette Street on your right, continue to the next set of traffic lights moving into the right hand lane turning right at those lights into Cornwall Street (UBD map 180) (following the signage to the Freeway F3 then into the City)
. Take the Turbot Street Exit to the right (UBD map 159), cross the intersection with George Street (traffic lights) then cross the intersection with Albert Street (traffic lights) then move to the left hand lane and take the left hand fork into Edward Street before the next intersection.
. Proceed over Wickham Terrace (traffic lights) into Upper Edward Street, turn right into Astor Terrace and Astor Apartments is 200 metres on your right (UBD map 159)

FROM THE SOUTH(Gold Coast, Coolangatta, Murwillumbah)
. Follow the Gold Coast Highway into the Brisbane City.
. Take the Turbot Street Exit to the right (UBD map 159), cross the intersection with George Street (traffic lights) then cross the intersection with Albert Street (traffic lights) then move to the left hand lane and take the left hand fork into Edward Street before the next intersection.
. Proceed over Wickham Terrace (traffic lights) into Upper Edward Street, turn right into Astor Terrace and Astor Apartments is 200 metres on your right (UBD map 159).

Check in is from 2pm. Office Hours are Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 9am-10am.
After hours arrivals are required to contact the number on the Booking Confirmation, prior to arrival, to gain access to the key code.
If you do not have a Credit Card on Check In, a $250 Cash Bond will be required, to be held till your departure.
