   Cancellation Policy

Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.


   Location

When arriving on Ann Street (from the airport or Sunshine Coast) turn left on to Brunswick Street, and then right on to Martin Street. The entrance via first left driveway off Martin Street.

When traveling out of the city (from the Gold Coast) travel down Wickham Street, turn right on Ballow Street, then right on to Ann Street from the left hand lane. Turn immediate left on to Brunswick Street, then right on to Martin Street.

Approx. 20 minutes drive from Brisbane airport.

Fortitude Valley Street train station is 10 minute walk located on Wickham Street, and the bus stop to the City is located out the front of the Hotel.

Airtrain operate frequent services from Brisbane Airport into Brisbane City. It stops at Fortitude Valley Train Station  Google Map

After hours instructions If you would like to check in outside these hours it can be arranged by giving us a call in advance on the number in your confirmation email after you have made your booking. You must show a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Please note that Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel requires a credit card pre-authorisation upon check in (AUD $100 mid-week and AUD $200 on weekends) to cover any damage or incidental charges.

Please note that the pre-authorisation amount must be available on your credit card and can be held for up to 5-10 working days by your bank prior to funds being made available back onto the credit card. Cash is not an acceptable form of security deposit at Central Brunswick Apartment Hotel.
