• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Sydney Park Lodge Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each room that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

The hotel is only 10-15 minutes from the airport, the historic Rocks, Sydney Opera House and overlooks spacious Moore Park, Sydney Showground and Fox Studios. Sydney Cricket/Sports Ground and Moore Park Golf Course are a short walk.

We are also within walking distance of trendy Oxford Street which is famous for its cosmopolitan cuisine and night clubs.

A taxi from the airport to the hotel should cost approximately AUD $20 and take around 20 minutes.

Instruct the taxi driver that the Park Lodge Hotel is on South Dowling Street; number 747. After Maddison St and 200 metres before Cleveland Street.

Airport shuttle busses are available at a cost of around A$10 per person. This can however can take up to 2 hours to reach the hotel depending on the drop off route taken to get here. A taxi is much quicker and usually cheaper for more than one traveller.

As our standard check-out time is 10am, we cannot guarantee your room will be available before 2 pm, though we will do everything we can to get you into your room as soon as possible. Of course we will be able to store your luggage should you wish to explore the city/take a walk/have a coffee.
