Astelia Apartment Hotel's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Astelia Apartment Hotel will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

We are at 156 Willis Street a 15 minute drive from Wellington International Airport - taxi charge approx $36.

When coming into Wellington from the motorway, turn left (onto Willis Street)at the first intersection after the Terrace Tunnel. We are located on the left hand side, number 156
