Cancellation Policy

Courtenay Village's Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Courtenay Village will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Location

15 Courtenay Place, Te Aro, Wellington.
Taxi from the airport takes approx 15 minutes and costs around NZ$30.
If you are driving head north and turn into stewart Duff drive, at the round about take the 1st exit onto Calabar road, take the 1st exit into Cobham drive at the 2nd round about, Turn right at Evans Bay Parade and continue onto Oriental Parade. Turn right onto Oriental Parade and turn right into wakefield street and turn left at Blair Street.
We are a 25 minute walk from the train & bus station or a NZ$10 taxi ride, hop on a shuttle or catch a taxi from the ferry terminal.
