The Auckland Park Ave Residence offers two room styles – Twin Rooms (two single beds) and Double Rooms (1 queen size bed). The upper levels of this 5 level lodge boast excellent views of the surrounding area, and all rooms maximize the natural light with large windows. These spacious rooms are designed to modern and stylish standards- all are clean, spacious and easy to maintain. The modern interiors are well arranged to maximise the space and make for comfortable living. Park Ave Residence's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 3 days prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Park Ave Residence will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 NZD for online cancellations and $15.00 NZD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. Balance charge 3 days prior to arrival

Otahuhu is a suburb of Auckland. It is located 13 kilometres to the southeast of the city centre, on a narrow strip between an arm of the Manukau Harbour to the west and the Tamaki River estuary to the east.

The car park is conveniently located next to the Park Ave Residence building for guests to use.
