As a home away from home, we have supplied a King Bed in the Master bedroom and Double Bed in the second bedroom - comfortable and easy to live in, this unit can sleep 4 adults (2 Bedrooms). Both beds are Inner Spring ensembles for a great nights rest.

You can easily self- cater as the Stockland Riverton Shopping Centre (inc Woolworths & Big W) is a short stroll away as well as all of the High Rd shops and fast food outlets in the immediate vicinity.

Undercover parking for a medium size car with a separate outdoor bay for the work-ute or larger car makes access a breeze.

Great for Business Trips

Free Phone (local, national & Aust. mobile), Wi-Fi Internet & Printer together with a full size desk makes it a great base for interstate business trips.

Being centrally located in the south of Perth - the Welshpool, Canningvale and Willetton industrial areas are all within each reach. Direct access to the Kwinana Freeway, Roe Highway and Leach Highway puts you 20mins away from just about anywhere you would want to go in Perth.

   Cancellation Policy

Parkwood House's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 45 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Parkwood House will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. $300 deposit at time of booking( non refundable 45 prior to arrival) and balance charged 30 days prior to arrival.
