Indigo Executive Apartments's Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 1 day prior to arrival.
• If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Indigo Executive Apartments will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes

• Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.

Travelling North over Harbour Bridge, take Kirribilli exit, turn left into Alfred Street, follow that south through roundabout, take Dind street on right. This runs into Glen Street. You will be checked into your apartment by one of our staff. Please call us on the phone number provided on your email confirmation at least 30 minutes prior to arrival at property.
