   Cancellation Policy

Sedgebrook on Leichhardt's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 7 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Sedgebrook on Leichhardt will charge you one night's accommodation for each apartment that you have booked and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking. At the time of booking, for check in on Saturday/Sunday, Public Holidays and after hours, the property will charge 1 nights accommodation cost to the card used at the time of booking.

The Reception Hours at the Sedgebrook Apartments on Leichhardt are from 9am to 5pm Mon - Fri.
If arriving after hour please call the number on your Booking Confirmation for procedures for accessing the night safe for key collection.
Upon check in, valid credit card is required with photo ID and the property reserves the right charge pre authorisation of up to $200.
