Bellardoo Holiday Apartments are ideally situated opposite the world-famous Mooloolaba Beach.

A perfect location...our complex is just 200m from Mooloolaba's boutique shopping, numerous outdoor cafes and award winning restaurants. The supermarket, pharmacy and liquor store are a 300m walk from our property. Surf patrolled beaches both at Mooloolaba and Alex are a short stroll away.

Bellardoo Holiday Apartments provide everything you need to enjoy your great Sunshine Coast holiday. We offer one, two & three bedroom fully self-contained apartments, most of those on the 1st & 2nd floors having ocean views. With friendly management and affordable Sunshine Coast holiday accommodation, you are sure to enjoy your stay!

   Cancellation Policy

Bellardoo Holiday Apartments's Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your booking at anytime before 5pm, 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel your booking after the specified period, or if you fail to show up, Bellardoo Holiday Apartments will charge you full amount of accommodation fee and your deposit will not be refunded.

Not1Night’s Policy of Cancellations and Changes
  • Not1Night will charge an administration fee of $10.00 AUD for online cancellations and $15.00 AUD for cancellations or changes made by phone or email.



   Deposits Policy

To secure your booking, we require a 10% deposit of the total accommodation cost. This will be deducted from your credit card at the time of the booking.  In addition, Bellardoo Holiday Apartments will charge your credit card the balance of the accommodation cost at the time of booking.


   Location

Bellardoo Holiday apartments are located:
from Brisbane Domestic/International Airport -
1 hour 15 minutes North by car.
From Brisbane airport, head North following signs to the Sunshine Coast. You will then merge onto the Sunshine Coast Motorway and exit at Mooloolaba. Via left and drive to the end of Brisbane Rd turning left onto The Esplanade (shops on your left, ocean on your right). We are one block further up from the end of the shops. Turn left into Meta St to access our driveway.

Airport shuttle buses are available and can be booked via reception. Transfers take approx 90 minutes.

The train is available from Brisbane to Landsborough station. Buses connect from the station to Mooloolaba. They do not drop you at our property so you will need to walk from Brisbane Road to our complex - a few blocks or take a taxi.

from Sunshine Coast Airport -
15 minutes by car.
Head South to Mooloolaba on the Sunshine Coast motorway. Exit at Mooloolaba and turn left onto Mooloolaba Rd. Follow this road to the ocean and turn right at the traffic lights. Turn right into the next street (Meta St) where you can access our driveway.

Airport shuttle buses are available but must be prebooked. This can be requested via reception. Transfers take approx 30 minutes.

Taxis are also available from the airport.

   Nearby Attractions

Mooloolaba is surrounded by numerous attractions, all within easy reach of our property and appealing to all age-groups.

Mooloolaba is well-known for it's beautiful beach. The 'loo with a view' - a viewing platform that has become world famous - is right by the surf patrolled area of the beach. Take advantage of a relaxing stay if that's what you are looking for.

Alternatively, make the most of the coastal destination. Informative canal cruises offer a relaxing option but if you prefer to use up your energy, hire a kayak or jetski. Enjoy a spot of fishing either off the rocks or on a charter boat deep sea fishing. For those who enjoy diving, the ex-HMAS Brisbane is just 1km off-shore. All levels of divers can enjoy exploring the ship with it's bow down only 14 metres, the main deck at the stern at 18m and 27m down to the rudders and prop shafts lying on the sandy bottom.

Underwater World is one of Mooloolaba's nearest and most popular attractions, just a short stroll along the Esplanade from our property. Dive with the sharks, enjoy the Seal show or just gaze at the marine life from the 80 metre moving walkway.

Australia Zoo is located just 20 minutes by car from our property. Free buses operate daily from Mooloolaba to/from the Zoo. Australia Zoo houses an abundance of animals and reptiles and is a 'must see' for all families coming the area.

Montville & Maleny are our favourite spots - picturesque villages up in the hinterland area approx 40 minutes drive from Mooloolaba. Browse through the gift & craft shops, enjoy a break in one of the many cafes or just delight in the view out toward to coast.

Eumundi Market is a 'must' to visit. Only 30 minutes from Bellardoo, we suggest heading up for breakfast before spending your time browsing through the 500 market stalls, listening to the local music, purchasing your fruit & vegetables or indulging in their fabulous fudge!

Noosa is only 35 minutes by car from Mooloolaba and is an enjoyable day out. Exclusive boutiques line Hastings St with an array of cosmopolitan restaurants to choose from. Spend the remainder of your day on Noosa Beach.

Noosaville is lovely and worth a visit to their many cafes lining the river frontage. A great place to take young children where they can play in the park, feed the pelicans or swim in the river. Ferry's operate up and down the river and offer another means of access to Noosa.

Visit the Ginger Factory where you will be amazed at the selection of ginger based products here and take a ride of their train around the tropical gardens then head across to the Nutworks factory to sample an array of flavoured nuts.

The Glasshouse Mountains, named by Captain Cook are a scenic wonderland . Majestic peaks form the Glasshouse Mountains - this area not only offering some fabulous scenic drives but also four smaller national parks set within the Glass House Mountains National Park, all offering numerous walking trails and rock climbing opportunities.

These are our nicest apartments. They have air-conditioning in the bedrooms, have been renovated and are tastefully decorated. They have two bedrooms and one bathroom, spacious living areas and either a balcony or courtyard.

All apartments have a Queen bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom. They comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
